RITcon Training Headquarters
RITcon’s state-of-the-art training facility is located in Winchester, Virginia, and is equipped with hands-on and classroom facilities.
RITcon’s main training facility is our state-of-the-art classroom located on our campus. It is equipped with multiple flat screen tv’s to display instructor’s presentations so that every student feels like they have the best seat in the house without missing a thing. Each student is given their own workspace and supplies while in the classroom to make the most out of their learning experience, as well as refreshments to keep their mind and body fueled. RITcon strives for excellence in all aspects by keeping the classroom clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything students need to succeed.
RITcon Hands-on Facilities
Unlike other schools, RITcon has designated hands-on facilities set up to provide students with real-world restoration scenarios where they can bring what they learned in the classroom to life. We recognize the cleaning and restoration industry is a hands-on profession and the best way to learn is by doing. Mistakes are made and corrected in class before mistakes are made in a client’s home. All of our instructors have many decades of experience in the industry and can create the most realistic scenarios possible for our students.
